Yes. MyGigFlow is completely free to download and use as a band member, freelancer, or sound engineer. You can view gigs, confirm attendance, chat, and track your earnings without paying anything. Only band admins pay a subscription of €3,99/month or €39,99/year to unlock full band management.
You join a band by entering a unique band code that the band admin shares with you. Once you enter the code, your join request is sent to the admin for approval. After approval you have full access to the band.
Yes. You can be a member of multiple bands from one account. If you are an admin of multiple bands, each band requires its own Admin subscription per admin seat.
MyGigFlow is available in five languages: Dutch, English, German, Spanish, and Chinese. The app automatically uses your device language if supported.
Yes. Band admins can generate professional invoices with their own logo, download them as PDF, and send them directly via email, all from within the app and in the language of their choice.
Yes. All data is securely stored in the cloud and is always accessible from any device. MyGigFlow is GDPR compliant and your data is never sold to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time via the app settings.
